Initial consultations take place via Skype/Zoom

Your investment would be £3,000 for length of the programme, which is usually 8 sessions (plus an initial consultation).  I schedule around 150 people for initial consultations per year and only have the capacity to take around 20 of them on as clients. Most consultations are online via Zoom at pre-booked times, although I'm able to accommodate face-to-face consultations in Nottingham or London (for additional charge).

The initial consultation is free. During this initial consultation, I assess your goals, aspirations and situation and explain how the programme will continue.

I have a waiting list for initial consultations which is usually two weeks.
